Tartas Individuales de Manzana

¡Hola otra vez! Hoy os traigo una receta express, de esas que tantísimo me gustan verdad? Aunque estoy segura de que a vosotros también! La posibilidad de preparar cosas riquísimas en un plis… es maravillosa!

Esta vez la receta la traigo desde el canal de YouTube “El Forner d’Alella”, el cual lleva una pareja encantadora, Josep Maria y Carme, y os recomiendo encarecidamente que os paséis!

La gracia de esta receta es que conseguiréis unas tartas de manzana auténticas y de una manera rapidísima, ¿cómo? utilizando una plancha de hojaldre ya hecha!

Y la crema pastelera… Uf! Eso es puro vicio! Os recuerdo además que subí la receta de la mejor crema pastelera del mundo hace unos días, la tenéis unos posts atrás (concretamente en este enlace http://caprichosalhorno.com/crema-pastelera , sólo tenéis que copiar y pegar!)

Bien, vamos a ver qué ingredientes necesitamos y cómo hacemos nuestras tartitas de manzana!

Ingredientes para 8 tartitas:

  • 1 placa de hojaldre (puede ser congelado o fresca, la opción que más os guste)
  • 2 manzanas
  • 250g de crema pastelera
  • 20g de mantequilla en cubitos muy chiquitines
  • Mermelada de albaricoque o melocotón
  • Azúcar al gusto
  • 1 huevo

Precalentamos el horno a 200º. Cogemos la placa de hojaldre y la estiramos un poquito para extenderla. La dividimos en ocho porciones. A cada una de esas porciones le pinchamos el centro con un tenedor, dejando un margen tanto, arriba, abajo como a los lados de aproximadamente un dedo. Ponemos una cucharada de crema pastelera en el centro de la tartaleta, en la parte pinchada, y la extendemos. Quitamos el corazón a las manzanas, las pelamos y las partimos por la mitad, de manera que podamos cortar rodajas finitas en forma de media luna. Repartimos las rodajas por encima de la crema pastelera. Batimos el huevo y pintamos los bordes del hojaldre que habíamos dejado sin pinchar. Espolvoreamos cada tartaleta con azúcar al gusto y ponemos unos cubitos de mantequilla en cada una.

Metemos al horno durante unos 20 minutos o hasta que veas que nuestras tartaletas están doraditas. Mientras se hornean, ponemos en un cuenco dos cucharadas soperas de mermelada y una cucharada sopera de agua. Removemos bien para aligerar la textura de la mermelada y así pintar nuestras tartitas. Por último, cuando salgan del horno pintamos por encima con un pincel de silicona y ya las tendríamos!

Recién hechas están súper crujientes pero al pasar unas horas se ha intensificado muchísimo más el sabor y están espectaculares.
